I strongly believe in the Second Amendment to the Constitution which guarantees law-abiding citizens the right to own and bear arms. As a lifetime member of the NRA with the highest rating possible for consistently voting and advocating for the Second Amendment, this issue is not just about hunting or recreation. This is about a foundational constitutional right to own and bear arms for self-defense and the protection of our children and families. Criminals have always preferred unarmed victims.
